€4.99 per guild, charged every month. This subscription renews automatically at that interval until canceled.

Ordinary cancellation is available from Billing through Manage subscription. It stops future renewal and normally leaves Pro active until the end of the paid period.

Statutory withdrawal is separate from ordinary cancellation. Eligible consumers can request withdrawal within 14 days after the subscription contract is concluded through the public withdrawal form, from Billing, or by emailing info@raid-core.com.

RaidCore does not currently calculate or add a separate VAT or other tax amount. The displayed RaidCore price is the subscription amount charged; Stripe shows the final total before confirmation.

Pro access is intended to become available after Stripe confirms payment. Starting paid access does not by itself waive any statutory withdrawal right. See the Terms of Service for withdrawal details.

Questions

Plan details

Who pays?

The purchaser enters the subscription contract and manages billing. The resulting Pro entitlement covers the Discord guild selected at checkout, so players do not need individual plans.

Can we cancel?

Yes. Manage subscription stops future renewal and Pro normally remains active through the paid period. A statutory withdrawal request is a separate process available to eligible consumers, generally within 14 days after the subscription contract is concluded.
